Rule 0: Common Sense

Just because a specific action isn't explicitly listed here doesn't mean it's allowed. Use your common sense and be a positive member of the community.

1. Respect & Communication

• Be Respectful: Treat all players with kindness. Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

• Language: English is the official language for all communication on the server and Fluxer. To allow our staff to moderate effectively, please use English in the global chat.

• No Toxicity: Keep the chat friendly. Excessive swearing, flaming, or personal attacks are not allowed.

• No Spam or Advertising: Do not spam chat or advertise other servers, websites, or services.

• Respect Staff: Our staff team works hard to keep the server running smoothly. Please respect their decisions.

2. Fair Play and Integrity

• No Hacking/Cheating: The use of hacks, mods, or any third-party software that gives you an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.

• No Exploits: Do not abuse bugs or glitches in the game. If you find one, please report it to the staff immediately.

• No Griefing: Do not destroy, modify, or steal from other players' builds or territories (unless in designated PvP/Raiding zones).

• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate staff members or other players.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account. "My brother/friend used my account" is not a valid excuse for rule violations.

3. Staff and Administration

• Follow Staff Instructions: The decisions of FluxTale staff are final. If you feel treated unfairly, please use the formal appeal process on our website/Fluxer rather than arguing in global chat.

• No Staff Spoofing: Do not pretend to be a staff member or use a name similar to an admin.

• No Begging: Do not ask staff members for items, Ranks, or special powers (e.g., Creative Mode).
